The poor test screening results of the movie have reportedly forced the filmmakers to make massive edits to the plot. The result of the test screenings has been so bad that it has given rise to speculations that Hollywood may blacklist Amber Heard if the movie flops.

Aquaman 2 Screen Testing Is A Wreck

Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom’s poor test screening result has forced the filmmakers to make massive edits to the plot despite being in post-production. According to an insider, KC Walsh disclosed that DC is making significant changes after terrible reviews in his series of deleted tweets.

“Every test screening has had mostly unfinished VFX, and no one walked out, the main issue was they completely changed the plot and villains of the film, it’s not even the same movie that tested 4 times prior.”

“I have heard that they’re doing reshoots. They’re changing a significant plot point… Look, this movie, just like the first one, I’m sure, the potential for goofiness is there… A lot of people don’t dig that…”

The filmmaker argued that “goofiness” may be a “tonal issue.” Further emphasizing that he wouldn’t “buy it until we see the whole film.”

“There’s a lot of people where that’s not their thing. So, it might be a tonal issue. It might be something that it’s too fantasy for them. I just don’t buy it until we see the whole film. The problem is, people would rather report on something being bad than good.”

However, the real question is, what does this mean for Amber Heard? Well, it looks like her career may be in serious jeopardy. If Aquaman 2 fails, it could be the final nail in the coffin of her career in Hollywood. According to sources, Heard has already been blacklisted by many studios, and this could be the last straw.

Ever since her highly-publicized divorce from Johnny Depp, Amber Heard’s personal life has been under the microscope for years. The allegations of domestic abuse and the ensuing legal battle have stained her reputation, and it seems like it’s finally caught up with her. Many fans and critics have called for her to be removed from Aquaman 2, but the studio stood by her.
