Johnny Depp has been one of the best actors in the industry for over 30 years. But unfortunately, other individuals have gone to social media to mercilessly criticize him, and accuse him of damaging Amber Heard’s career, despite all his accomplishments and services to the entertainment industry.
Now, let’s look on the bright side for a while. First, there are millions of people all around the world that admire Johnny Depp for his acting skills. Some of his most prominent roles include Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, Sweeney Todd in the musical Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, and Edward Scissorhands in the movie of the same name.

Amber Heard fans appear to have an agenda. They continue to accuse Johnny Depp of mistreating Heard and ruining her career. The fans also claim that Johnny Depp’s fans have used the “male abuse victims” argument to dismiss the allegations made by Amber Heard.

However, there are fans like @aariannasalazar who are neutral about both Hollywood celebs, stating both “weren’t perfect.” The Twitter user further said that the “trial was the only time he got to say his side!”

Johnny Depp is a talented actor with a long and successful career in Hollywood. Despite abuse claims and Heard fans standing against him, Depp has a fanbase fiercely loyal to him. They had been congregating outside the courthouse to demonstrate their support for the actor throughout the trial. Depp’s professional life, however, has not been harmed by the trial.
Johnny Depp Fans Won’t Give Up
Johnny Depp’s movie, Minamata, was released in 2020. The actor’s animation series franchise, Puffins was released the same year, followed by a sequel and a movie of the franchise called Johnny Puff Secret Mission, released earlier this week.
However, the most exciting thing for fans is that Johnny Depp could return to the Pirates of the Caribbean series. Recently, series producer Jerry Bruckheimer expressed hope that Depp will return for the sixth film as Captain Jack Sparrow. Johnny Depp hasn’t been in a Pirates film since 2017’s Dead Men Tell No Tales, so his return would be much appreciated.
The big issue, of course, is whether or not Disney will re-engage Depp for the sequel. It is unclear if the studio is ready to risk the potential reaction from fans who feel Johnny Depp should not be permitted to work in one of Hollywood’s biggest franchises by not making public statements regarding the cast.
Regardless of whether Depp returns to Pirates of the Caribbean, it is clear that he still has a devoted following of fans who will support him no matter what. We can’t wait to see what else is in store for the man of many talents.
