Both the actors admitted that it would be quite easy to defeat Thanos with their powers. In fact, according to them, Thena could defeat him on her own. According to the comics, every character in the Eternals’ team has so much power that they could easily challenge each other and destroy any foe that was put in front of them.

“Because I had to fight. Even fighting Ikaris and saying, ‘But wait. Can I bounce his eyes back at him with my shield?’ You have lots of questions.”

However, they did not have their original powers in the movie. Instead, even with the limitations they had, they could very easily defeat Thanos in a single fight.

“And we were divided into groups. Ones that were more physically, they had superpowers that were more physically for battle. Some that were more intellectual powers, like transformation or me healing that were not so much for typical war. But, they were used, so I thought that was the interesting thing.”

Thena can fly in the comics and that would have given her a lot of mobility. This even led Jolie to believe that she could easily defeat Ikaris.
