The actress filed for divorce in September 2016 after she revealed they had a verbal and physical argument that involved their kids. The incident happened when they were on a plane going home to California after a two-week vacation. As per Entertainment Weekly:
“The actor allegedly led Jolie to the back of the plane, where he grabbed her by the head and shoulders and shook her while yelling, ‘You’re f—king up this family.’ Pitt also allegedly punched the ceiling of the plane four times.”
In another report from Mirror UK, Pitt took a trip to Croatia alone where he acted like a “carefree, single man on vacation”. The source also added:
“Angie had hoped Brad would spend time with her and the kids at their estate in France, but he decided to head out on his own instead. It drove home to her that he was putting himself above the kids, and it was the final straw. She then began consulting lawyers about divorce.”
The report also stated that many of their arguments erupted while they were living in the UK. The family went to Legoland in Berkshire, and they had a fight in front of several onlookers. Pitt was also seen grabbing Jolie’s arm before she walked away.

After the strenuous breakup of the once-considered Brangelina tandem, Brad Pitt is now in a relationship with jewelry designer Ines De Ramon. A source told People:
“This is Brad’s first proper relationship since the divorce. He introduces [Ramon] as his girlfriend… It’s great to see him in a good place. Ines makes him very happy. The two have been spending a lot of time together this summer as they truly enjoy each other’s company and are very into each other.”
The pair were first spotted together in public in November 2022 at a Bono concert in Los Angeles. At the time, they had been reportedly dating for a few months.
De Ramon was once married to Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley, but they divorced in May 2022 after three years of marriage.
