Allen Walker, a young exorcist, and his adventures as a Black Order member! This is the storyline for the manga and anime. It is very intriguing indeed but is too long to never get an ending. The anime ran from 2006 to 2008 with 103 episodes. The anime was revived in 2016 with a new title, “D.Gray Man Hallow”. It has 13 additional episodes.

The reason the show has made to this list is that the manga author, Katsuro Hashino had to suspend writing due to health reasons. This affected the production of the anime and it ended up using a lot of filler stories without a proper ending.

This action-packed and funny anime is a staple for a lot of people. The show follows Kagome, who falls down a well and is taken centuries back. This is where she frees a cursed half-demon and begins a quest to save Japan.

However, the anime has pacing problems. Inuyasha covered 36 volumes with 167 episodes from 2000 to 2004. Whereas, Inuyasha: The Final Act covered the remaining volumes till the end with 26 episodes. On one hand, The Final Act has 1.3 episodes a volume, Inuyasha had 4.5 episodes a volume. Too slow and long!

This anime has gotten creative over the years. However, it has lost its meaning and uses unusual tactics to remain relevant. The overall franchise has 1018 episodes with four movies making it far too long and repetitive.

And it doesn’t seem to have an end!
