The series takes place in a medieval age in the fictional world of Midland, narrating the story of Guts, who goes on dangerous missions as a lone mercenary.

The manga has been nothing short of beautiful, dark artwork, featuring meticulous detail. Moreover, there was a rumor of MAPPA working on a Berserk adaptation has been lurking for ages, but the studio overlooked their cries as they are busy with other projects.

Recently, a reliable news insider page (@otakunewsinsider) on Instagram shared the heart-aching news of how MAPPA, the same studio behind Jujutsu Kaisen, is now working on an Attack on Titan film that will showcase enhanced visuals and better sound.

While the studio thought that the news would stir fervor among the otaku community, instead it backfired as fans lashed out at the news, criticizing them for ignoring their cries for a long period of time.

Berserk Fans Lash Out At MAPPA For Making Another Attack on Titan Project

Hajime Isayama’s magnum opus, AOT, came to a conclusion in 2023, which had a mixed reaction from the fans; some loved it while others despised it. Nevertheless, fans can’t deny that the series did not shy away from showcasing Eren’s ideology and how he was the master of his fate.
