Back in 2009, Terminator Salvation was the only movie in the Terminator franchise that did not feature Schwarzenegger. As per film trivia, the actor was busy expanding his political career by making new connections and serving the state of California.

As per IMDB trivia, Terminator Salvation became the only movie in the franchise that did not feature Schwarzenegger in the role. Instead of the actor, bodybuilder Roland Kickinger was used for the appearance of the character of T-800. The image and likeness of Schwarzenegger was digitally superimposed on Roland Kickinger and that is how the cameo of the Predator actor was used.

So where was Schwarzenegger in 2009? Well, as per the reports, the actor was busy being the Governor of California to pay attention to his Hollywood career. He was later lovingly referred to as the Governator. The 2009 movie was helmed by actor Christian Bale while the movie received mixed reviews from the audiences.

In a recent interview, the actor stated that he wants to run for the Office of President in 2024. The interview with CNN featured Arnold Schwarzenegger’s political side and how the field is currently open for the actor for president.

“The field was wide open in 2016, and I think the field is open right now. Who is there? There is really not a person that can bring everyone together, who is here today that people say, ‘OK, he’s not too old,’ or he’s not too this or too that. Put me in because it’s, look — it’s a no-brainer. I see so clearly how I could win that election.”

The actor was recently seen in Netflix’s FUBAR which received an overwhelming positive response from the audience. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s FUBAR is currently available to stream on Netflix.
