Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger recently appeared for an interview with Men’s Health and talked about his steroid use. The actor explained that he used to take 100 milligrams of testosterone in a week and three Dianabol a day, which is roughly 15 milligrams in a day.

He further explained that steroids were legal until 1990 but then Congress passed The Anabolic Steroid Control Act. He also added that his steroid use was under control and under supervision.

“Bodybuilding always, always was considered a safe sport. But now it’s not. Now people are dying, they’re dying because of overdoses of drugs and they don’t know what the f**k they’re doing. They’re listening to charlatans. If I want to get medical advice from a doctor, I go to UCLA or I go to the Cleveland Clinic.”

He admitted that he is not the best person to give advice on this topic because of his history of drug use but he is experienced and has knowledge of the fitness industry.
