What do we know about the latest Baldur’s Gate 3 villain?

Baldur's Gate 3
Meet ‘Orin the Red’, Baldur’s Gate 3’s very own Lady Dimitrescu

And it’s really quite obvious why, as the character is voiced by none other than Maggie Robertson, who if you did not know, voiced fan favourite Lady Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village and again was lustfully sought after. The obsession for this character since reveal is partly down to her sadistic nature, her ‘ahem’ design and also the fact that she is very tall.

Voice actor Maggie Robertson had the following to say on the character of Orin the Red in a recent video;

“Orin is affectionately unhinged. You don’t know when she’s going to pop up, you don’t know in what form she’s going to be, she’s incredibly tricksy. She also has an ‘intimate’ relationship with her blades.”

A rather weird comment to make but no doubt to entice the many thirsty fans. Robertson didn’t give too much more away in the video, simply stating that the character is supremely evil and horny for blood which no doubt made many fans’ jaws drop. Simps, form an orderly queue.

Baldur’s Gate 3 is nearly upon us!

After the character of Orin the Red was announced by Larian Studios, there seemed to be a universal chant from basements worldwide of ‘I can fix her’. So much so that Larian had to respond to their rather hilarious comments with the following on Twitter;

“No, you can’t fix her. But… do try! What could go wrong?”

However, some reactions to the comments of ‘I can fix her’ saw some players jump to her defence with the following;

 “She does not need fixing. Do not fix her. She is fine the way she is.”

“Yeah? Well, I could accept her as she is. You don’t like the murder? Grow up. The atrocities are part of her and I’ve decided they’re funny.”

Who knew that one character could whip up such a crowd! Apparently sex sells people, who knew?!
