Justin Timberlake’s Controversial Comments on Parenthood Enraged Audiences
Justin Timberlake and wife Jessica Biel have been happily married since 2012. They had their first son Silas in 2015 and parenthood became a big responsibility for the working celebrities, who were trying to maintain a healthy balance between their professional and personal life. However, he made a controversial confession about parenting which left fans enraged.
In 2020, Timberlake opened up about the pressures of parenting amidst his professional commitments. He revealed that he and Biel are managing parental responsibilities well with his child sometimes needing a “commercial break” from his parents. However, he shockingly claimed that the aspect of 24-hour- parenting was not human. He said, (via People)

Although his intentions were understandable, His statements caused a stir among audiences, especially parents who criticized the rich celebrities for moaning over the duties of being a parent. While he was clearly talking about his struggles of balancing his busy professional schedule with parenting, he went overboard with his statements and thus got flak for it.
Justin Timberlake Announces New Studio Album Everything I Thought It Was
Justin Timberlake recently performed his new single Selfish at the Orpheum Theater (via X). Shortly after that, the singer surprised fans by announcing his new studio album Everything I Thought I Was on Instagram.
He shared a trailer for the upcoming album featuring a voiceover by Benicio Del Toro. This will be Timberlake’s sixth studio album since 2018’s Man of the Woods. Del Toro describes the vibrant imagery shown in the trailer saying,
“What do we have here? Ooh, That’s a nice car. Wait, it’s a model, Did that say JT? OK, that sunset is definitely not real. Oh, there’s Justin. Why won’t he turn around? What the f**k is he staring at?”
Timberlake will also make a return as the musical guest on SNL on January 27 (as confirmed by NBC) with Dakota Johnson as the host. He has already hosted SNL five times and it will be his seventh time as a musical guest on the show.
