Affleck and Damon’s last project together, Air (2023), was praised by the fans as well as the critics, however, many were disappointed that the story of Nike’s business deal with Michael Jordan didn’t get recognized at the Oscars. Affleck’s direction combined with Alex Convery’s screenplay and the performances of the cast, made the film a treat to watch. It grossed roughly $90 million worldwide on a budget of $70–90 million.
