The Destined One in Black Myth Wukong has tons of abilities at his disposal, but few are quite essential to his journey, such as spells. These are magical incantations that cost a small amount of mana and provide powerful effects in combat. Spells can prove to be the difference between life and death.

Undoubtedly, one of the best spells in the game is “A Pluck of Many,” which can help you summon copies of the Destined One. It’s extremely effective for crowd control and knocking out some of the toughest bosses. However, the developer, Game Science, has made the process of acquiring it quite difficult. To help you, we’ve put together this guide so you can easily clone yourself.

If you’re looking to clone yourself in Black Myth Wukong, you’re going to need the “A Pluck of Many” spell. Here’s how you can unlock it.

1. Reach Yellow Wind Ridge

The first thing you’ll need to do is unlock the Yellow Wind Ridge area. It’s a wasteland you can easily get access to after defeating Black Wind Mountain’s final boss.

You should be able to reach this section of the map in the first three hours of the game if you aren’t facing any difficulties with bosses. After you’ve made it here, head towards the Village Entrance Shrine.

2. Beat The Royale Family of Flowing Sands

This is one of the crucial bosses of the area and quite easy to defeat. There will be two enemies: a small rat who smashes stones at you and a big one who will try to deal damage to you. Make sure to focus on the big one first.

After you’ve taken down the big rat, you’ll see a small stone statue. Interact with the statue, and you’ll be tasked with looking for Keeness of Tiger. The headless Monk you came across right at the start will sing about some Tiger.

3. Beat the First Prince of Flowing Sands

Once you’ve successfully defeated the first boss, you’ll have an encounter with a smaller one. Beat it, and you’ll complete the Flowing Sands family. Keep adventuring as your quest for a Tiger goes on.

4. Head to Crouching Tiger Temple

Explore the environment around you a bit more, and eventually, you’ll come across the Crouching Tiger Temple. Here, you’ll see a shrine that can be used to fill your mana, gold, and health.

5. Beat Tiger Vanguard

This is one of the most challenging Black Myth Wukong bosses, as it uses its body and sword effectively. Once you’ve defeated it, you’ll notice another stone statue. Interact it with, and you’ll be tasked to find the Sternness of Stone.

6. Beat the Stone Vanguard

After exploring Crouching Tiger Temple, you’ll encounter the Stone Vanguard. This boss is slow, and all you need to do is look for openings to beat it with your staff. Defeating the boss will grant you the Sternness of Stone.

7. Proceed to Windseal Gate

Once you’ve defeated the Stone Vanguard, you’ll be asked to head to another Shrine. Go to it, and you’ll make it to a meditation point. From this area, head right, move forward, and go down the sand slide. After you reach the bottom, you will make it to the Windseal Gate.

After you’ve made it to the specified location, you’ll encounter a headless Monk singing, who will give you the “A Pluck of Many” spell.

Once you’ve been awarded the spell by the Monk, your third spell slot will be unlocked, and you will be able to craft clones easily in Black Myth Wukong.

However, you must keep in mind that creating clones can consume tons of mana at the early stages of the game, and you won’t be able to clone yourself more than once.

These clones are not that effective when it comes to dealing damage. Try to use them as distractions while fighting your enemy.
