Gwyneth Paltrow commended Brad Pitt for standing up against Harvey Weinstein
In an episode of The Howard Stern show, Gwyneth Paltrow shared the incident when Brad Pitt defended her against Harvey Weinstein after the producer harassed her. While working on the movie Emma under Weinstein, the producer caught Paltrow off-guard through his inappropriate demands. The actress then proceeded to inform the Babylon actor about the incident.
The actress revealed that the Troy actor was consumed with rage and didn’t waste any second before confronting the producer. She recalls that Pitt went on to threaten Weinstein to kill him if he ever made any inappropriate moves against her in the future. Paltrow has shown her respect for Pitt on numerous occasions and loves the actor for standing up against Weinstein. She explained the situation by stating,
We were at the opening of Hamlet on Broadway. Harvey was there and Brad Pitt, it was like the equivalent of throwing him against the wall, energetically. He said, ‘If you ever make her feel uncomfortable again, I’ll kill you.’ Or something like that. It was so fantastic. He leveraged his fame and power to protect me at a time when I didn’t have fame or power yet.
Although Brad Pitt’s former partner has been applauding the actor for his demeanor, his ex-wife seems to have the opposite perception of Pitt. The Troy actor, who has been through an exhausting divorce with Angelina Jolie, was accused of abusing his children and ex-wife.

The actress accused Pitt of choking one of their kids on the flight and pouring alcohol on them. She also claimed that the actor shoved her against the airplane seats after she tried to protect their children and injured her back in the act. However, The Babylon actor has denied the claims and shared his disgust against the accusations.
Although the allegations made by his estranged ex-wife haven’t been proven as there hasn’t been any concrete evidence to back up the claims. Buts it’s evident that the actor has never shied away to stand up for his loved ones after Gwyneth Paltrow revealed that the actor didn’t think twice before shutting down Harvey Weinstein for his nefarious acts.
