“I love Rocket Raccoon so much. I do. And I love doing that third one because when James (Gunn) told me it was going to be an origin story, I just got so excited that I cried a lot. It’s the greatest, and James is wonderful, and we would do it like a play, actually. And we were trying to figure out how best to do it because I do the voice after the movie’s already been shot, and first they would show scenes, and then eventually James would just read all the other parts, and we would do it like a play, and it was actually really fun” – Bradley Cooper at SBIFF [9:30-10:19]

The Guardians series has surpassed all expectations. Likewise, Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 was a huge success. The movie grossed around $850 Million worldwide while earning plaudits from fans and critics alike.

“Now I’m not gonna say I know for certain what’s at the heart of Bradley’s brilliance, but I am going to take a stab at it”  “What I think it is is his voracious love for this little thing we call the human experience and all its struggles and joys and messiness. My man’s in it, he doesn’t run from any evidence and I think it’s that that he infused into each frame that he puts up on the screen.” – Brad Pitt presenting the Performer of the Year

The mutual respect and admiration between Pitt and Cooper is heart-warming. Fans would love to see the two megastars share the screen. Fans can stream Maestro on Netflix.
