The common theme among the Breaking Bad comments revolved around speculations about what led Walter White and Jesse Pinkman to party this hard. For instance, one user going by the handle @krishand07 commented, “Breaking Bad if Skyler didn’t exist”. While many agreed with this idea, others pointed out that in the series, Skyler had opportunities to expose the two much earlier but chose not to.
The comment from the user @car1na179 had another interesting ‘what/if’ scenario, saying, “alternate ending if Hank peed instead”. This was a reference to the point in the series when Walter White’s DEA brother-in-law, Hank, discovered his true identity as Heisenberg. Other comments also ranged from the place looking like Heisenberg’s meth lab to praises about the show. Some also mockingly noted Drake’s choice of playing his own song at the party.
Breaking Bad Was A Turning Point In Both Bryan Cranston And Aaron Paul’s Careers
While the last episode of Breaking Bad aired on September 29, 2013, the series has continued to hold a special place in the hearts of millions of fans. Often regarded as one of the greatest TV shows ever made, Breaking Bad set records in terms of viewerships, ratings, and critical acclaim during its time. Bryan Cranston surprised the audience when he took on the role of Walter White / Heisenberg in the crime drama.
Cranston was a favorite among family audiences after starring as Hal in Malcolm in the Middle. The transition to Heisenberg was a great step up for the actor. Breaking Bad also solidified Aaron Paul’s career as it was successful in showcasing the range of his acting abilities. Fans got to see Jesse Pinkman’s emotional journey throughout the series, leading to a particularly poignant ending for his character.
In 2019, Paul reprised his role in the Breaking Bad universe with the movie, El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie. Additionally, in 2022, both Cranston and Paul made cameo appearances in the Breaking Bad spin-off series, Better Call Saul. The original series, the spin-off, and the film, all are now available for streaming on Netflix.
