Britney Spears’ lawyer Mathew Rosengart has said that her former business manager is lying and has made more than $18 million during the thirteen-year-long conservatorship. TriStar Entertainment denied any participation in this whole incident. The owner Lou Taylor spoke about their involvement in this case:

Robert Greenhill, Lou’s partner further added:

“At the time the guardianship was established by this Court in early 2008, TriStar had no role in Ms. Spears’ affairs,”

Although TriStar is miles away from accepting their involvement, in this case, Rosengart has produced many emails in front of the court that proves the allegations. In an email in January 2008, before the guardianship, Lou Taylor writes to Jamie:

“he [attorney Andrew Wallet] and TriStar will serve as CO’s [i.e., co-conservators] with you.”

Also, another email has been produced where Taylor wrote to another attorney:

“I look forward to working with you.”

Another controversial email has also surfaced written by Jamie’s attorney to Taylor before the guardianship, stating:

“We have run into a problem with [the] judge selection…the only judge that will be able to hear our case on Friday is the only dope [sic] that will not give Jamie the power to administer psychotropic drugs.”

Britney Spears earlier also accused her father and TriStar of abusing her during the conservatorship and has also accused them of making loads of money from her conservatorship. Now Rosengart wants the documents of TriStar to inspect their involvement in this whole fiasco. He thinks that TriStar is so uncooperative to them only because they are directly involved with the case.
