Following this, the action star officially announced that he will retire from his acting career.

The paparazzi have had a volatile relationship with celebrities worldwide and Bruce Willis seems to be no exception. In a rare instance recently, the actor was spotted walking with two friends on the streets of Santa Monica, possibly to grab a cup of coffee. During this time, he was swarmed and cornered by the paparazzi in an attempt to ask him questions regarding his health condition. They were fortunately thwarted by Bruce Willis’s friends, who did their best to protect him. As a result, the paparazzi were only able to take a few pictures of the celebrity.
According to sources, the action star was thrown off by the sudden appearance of the paparazzi, looking uneasy and confused by their ambush. He apparently failed to respond to his friend who called his name during the incident. This could be an indicator that the illness is slowly but surely affecting The Sixth Sense star. The last time he was seen in the public eye was in January when he was out having lunch with a few close friends
