Casually spotted handing out samples of Dos Hombres Mezcal at Costco, Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul seemingly found their closure in real life, which was, unfortunately, a distant dream for their onscreen Breaking Bad characters. Fans are excited about their new venture, unlike how Jesse Pinkman and Walter White parted ways in the show finale.

Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul’s New Mezcal Business

The phenomenal meth-cooking Breaking Bad duo, Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul have transitioned beyond their onscreen collaboration to co-find their new mezcal business in 2019. Venturing into the world of spirits, the two actors crafted Dos Hombres Mezcal, a brand that embodies their shared passion for quality and authenticity.

Recently, Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul were spotted handing out samples of their liquor at Costco, via an Instagram video shared by the lifestyle brand Manofmany. Handcrafted with agave Espadin in San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca, each bottle of Dos Hombres Mezcal thus captures the essence of its origins.

Witnessing the Breaking Bad stars collaborating beyond their show characters, fans appeared excited for their venture. Claiming how the duo found their closure in real life, unlike the dire consequences faced by their characters, Walter White and Jesse Pinkman, netizens expressed their appreciation for the stars’ new business.

“Breaking Bad ending if they opened a dispensary chain instead of selling meth.”

“IDK about y’all, but it looks exactly what Heisenberg and Pinkman would do to clean their money.”

“The good ending.”

“Good to see them cooking again.”

“That is liquid meth.”

Further, considering how the name of their liquor Dos Hombres Mezcal translates into ‘Two Men’s Spirit’ in Spanish, fans believe the brand reflects their companionship and desire for exploration that defined their characters, Walter White (Heisenberg) and Jesse Pinkman, in the critically acclaimed series Breaking Bad.

Jesse Pinkman and Walter White’s Ending in Breaking Bad

Dos Hombres Mezcal undoubtedly represents a departure from Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul’s on-screen personas, where the chemistry was not only illegal but also lethal, and the consequences were often ominous. But while the actors seem to have found success and partnership in real life, post-Breaking Bad, their characters’ storylines conclude on a much darker note.

In the finale, a white supremacist group held Aaron Paul’s Jesse Pinkman captive while forcing him to cook meth. That’s when Bryan Cranston’s Walter White showed up with a hidden M60 machine gun in his car trunk, ready to go off at the push of a car key button. The firing killed all of the captors when Jesse climbed into a car and fled from the nightmare he had been living.

After Jesse Pinkman’s exit from the scene, Walter White is spotted realizing how he was hit by one of the bullets during the gunfire. That’s when Walter collapses in the meth lab, surrounded by his beloved cooking machinery, and decided to breathe his last. The final shot of Breaking Bad sees Walter, dead on the floor with his eyes open, as the police arrive on the scene.
