Along with many that have gained completion, the title that many people are excited about is the upcoming Captain America: New World Order which will introduce Sam Wilson in a new light as the title holder to Chris Evans’ titular super soldier.

With the production now starting to begin in Atlanta, the eagle-eyed fans had been looking for some juicy insights into the rest of the cast that will make an appearance in the film. With the inclusion of Sebastian Stan’s Winter Soldier in the film, there are now reports that the film will have a number of familiar faces from the franchise, which will also include Carl Lumbly’s character of Isaiah Bradley.

With the retirement of Chris Evans as the super soldier from the Second World War, the mantle of Captain America was passed on the Sam Wilson as he now takes hold of the iconic shield and uses it to bring peace and justice to the world. Thus, Anthony Mackie is all set to inhabit the role of the titular protagonist in the upcoming Captain America: New World Order with some characters returning from throughout the MCU, including the first undisclosed super soldier Isaiah Bradley.

As per the latest report by The Hollywood Reporter, the cast of the fourth installment of the Captain America series will feature Liv Taylor’s Betty Ross who was last seen in The Incredible Hulk alongside Edward Norton’s Bruce Banner. Along with her, there will also be the appearance of Sebastian Stan as The Winter Soldier and Carl Lumbly’s Isaiah Bradley, who was introduced as the first successful super soldier creation whose existence was concealed by the US Government.

And last but not the least, we will finally get to witness the advent of Harrison Ford as General Thaddeus ‘Thunderbolt’ Ross, who will also later appear in the upcoming Thunderbolts. Therefore, the announcement stirred up the fans who wanted to see some old characters take the stage.

With events of the upcoming film set to take place sometime after the events of Falcon and The Winter Soldier, we can expect the induction of Sam Wilson into the role of Captain America while he follows the duty to maintain peace and order in the world. But apart from the obvious, we can only guess what the roles of Liv Taylor and Harrison Ford’s characters would play in the broader spectrum of the narration along with the rest of the cast.
