One of the most exciting announcements made that has everyone talking is the brand-new Wonder Weapon for the Zombies mode, exclusive to the Liberty Falls map. Activision might’ve outdone itself with this one.

The Thrustodyne Aeronautics Model 23, Black Ops 6 Zombies’ iteration of the fan-favorite weapon, is back with a vengeance. The beast of a gun sacrifices a bit of speed for devastating power.

For its primary fire, the Thrustodyne M23 spins up its rotor blades to 40,000 RPM, sucking in zombies and shredding them into a gooey mess. It’ll work on powerful enemies too by gradually tearing them apart and stunning them.

If you overheat the weapon, it’ll release a back blast in a large AOE around the user—this is considered as its secondary fire. It’ll kill zombies, damage entities, and stun those who manage to survive.

It’s not as easy as holding left-click and charging your way to victory though. There are a few gauges that you need to keep your eye on, as the weapon can shut down if you spam-fire it.

For those willing to push it to its limits, Pack-a-Punching the Thrustodyne M23 multiple times will extend its fire time and reduce cooldown, making it better than ever. It won’t break down when it overheats like before, either.

The community is happier than ever to see the return of the Thrustodyne in much better shape than it’s ever been.

Not just this Wonder Weapon in particular, but all the reveals for Black Ops 6 have been a major hit.

While this gun was seen in the franchise before, it tended to break quite easily and was a pain to use.

The changes to its workings make it a lot less frustrating and a lot more fun, and people are thankful.

Aside from the Thrustodyne, the game will also see the return of the Ray Gun. Of course, the Ray Gun needs no introduction.

No doubt, you’re going to need it to fend off the hordes of zombies, Grotseques, and Abominations that are coming your way.
