Cyberpunk 2077’s latest update made a Judy-related addition, and the Internet couldn’t keep calm. Cyberpunk is a great game that suffered a tumultuous launch. The title was plagued with game-breaking bugs, optimization issues, and glitches on every released platform. Fortunately, the game was fixed with a horde of updates from the talented squad at CD Projekt Red.
After that, the Phantom Liberty expansion was released to great acclaim from reviewers and users alike. As CD Projekt gears up for its following projects, update 2.1 for the game was rolled out and praised for its attention to a raunchy detail that can be considered a little raunchy. While not being incredibly inappropriate, it is most certainly a little thought-provoking.
Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.1 and Judy’s Playful Gesture
CD Project Red announced they will release an official free update as soon as the Ultimate Edition for the game, including the coveted Phantom Liberty expansion. The latest patch for the title includes new content. This includes adding a metro system that makes commuting in Night City easier by introducing fast travel. This enables V to jump between 19 metro stations throughout Night City.
With the patch, the devs also added the ability to spend time with either Judy or Panam, depending on the gender chosen for V at the beginning of the game. V can invite their love interest to their apartment to spend time with them. This is something that can be executed as many times as required. This is only feasible if one completes the romance arc for the designated character. There were also other additions, like listening to the radio on foot or while riding the metro.
We know that if there is one thing gamers are known for, it is noticing changes both subtle and pronounced. After CD Projekt Red revealed the patch, people took to social media to share an observation regarding the characters who play romantic interest to V.
With the latest patch, the game added an exciting quirk to the romanceable characters as V can now invite their romantic partner to their abode. When the former decides to look at themself in the mirror, their partner approaches them for a playful interaction with the former. The interactions range from a variety of animations. The partner can give V a peck on the cheek or sneak up to V and scare him.
As per the players, however, the most exciting animation is when V’s romantic partner makes things slightly naughtier. They can move up to V as they lean against the mirror. This is followed by them smacking V’s posterior. As and when players discovered this, the gaming community could not keep calm.
A user posted the footage on Reddit and said they loved the update. Other fans also expressed a similar sentiment towards the addition. Fans even hailed this as a “masterpiece” without mentioning whether they were discussing the titles as a whole or just the addition.
Fans claimed this was realistic; some even shared how they share a similar equation with their real-life partners. It is worth noting that the game is filled with incredible detail, which is visible throughout the title.
The latest update chamfers some of the existing rough edges and cranks up the graphics knob to eleven. Apart from this, there are also other substantial changes made to the game’s world, UI, and other areas.
Some other additions include car races V can partake in to get eddies. Some adjustments to the AI were made to make the racing a little more challenging for the players. There were also some accessibility features. Things to tweak in the HUD have been added, making the game more accessible.
