Xolo Maridueña explains why Blue Beetle will be different from previous Superhero entries

Widely known for his performance in the critically acclaimed show Cobra Kai, Xolo Maridueña has been pretty outspoken about his love and excitement for his upcoming DC project. Apart from sharing his excitement for the movie during his time at CinemaCon, the actor explained his reasons why Blue Beetle will be a much different experience for fans than previous superhero entries.

According to the actor, unlike most Superhero flicks, which follow a solitary journey, Blue Beetle will focus on the whole family, and alongside his character, they will also witness some heroic arcs. “I think he’s the only person ever to get superpowers and not want them.”
