Dwayne Johnson has been one of the most popular actors in the entertainment world whose action sequences and comedy timing have surely won many hearts. However, earlier this year, he made headlines for something unexpected as he was named in a $3 billion kidnapping lawsuit brought by former pro wrestler Trenesha ‘Rhaka Khan’ Biggers.

Former TNA wrestler Trenesha Biggers brought forward a $3 million lawsuit against Dwayne Johnson and many other defendants. The 23-page-long defendants’ list also includes several people, organizations, and government agencies. She alleged that they were all involved in a conspiracy to kidnap her and her children.

According to Inside The Magic, she claimed that the superstar along with his business partner and ex-wife, Dany Garcia “hired men to forcibly evict her from her house in Tampa Bay, and then drove her to a Miami hotel, where she was physically and emotionally abused.”

While he initially didn’t address those claims, Johnson chose to speak out by denying any wrongdoing in the case and mentioned that they “look forward to clearing their names” in court.

Due to the ongoing allegations at the time, rumors began to surface that Disney had cut off their ties with the Black Adam star. Last month, former NFL player, Marcellus Wiley took to his Youtube channel to address the whole controversy.

He also addressed the Disney rumor sharing that the lawsuit affected The Rock’s chances to appear in the lucrative Pirates Of The Caribbean franchise. However, he is set to be part of “a live-action reimagining of Moana” which he mentioned is in the works.

While he was happy that Johnson’s bond with Disney is not much affected since everyone is “innocent until proven guilty,” he did call out the company for their “hypocrisy” of not allowing him in the Johnny Depp franchise. However, there is no official mention of Johnson’s getting separated from the giant.

As for the lawsuit, PWInsider reported that United States District Court Judge Laura Taylor Swain had dismissed the lawsuit.
