As Danny Masterson was recently transferred to North Kern State Prison, his first prison mugshot was released to the media (via TMZ). It could be concluded from the mugshot that the former actor is not at all in a pleasing state. His hair and beard were messy and overgrown with a displeased attitude on his face.

After being accused for the first time in 2017 of s*xual assault allegations by three women, Danny Masterson’s career witnessed a rapid downfall. Following a fourth s*xual assault allegation in December of that year, the presently 47-year-old actor was fired from Netflix’s The Ranch. It was a hit show where he starred alongside Ashton Kutcher.

Danny Masterson was sentenced to 30 years of prison life in September after being convicted of 2 r*pe cases. Earlier he pleaded not guilty in 2020. Later in the retrials, various disturbing details came out including the alleged involvement of the Church of Scientology in the case. Reportedly, all the women who charged Masterson were former Scientologists along with the former actor.

It was revealed that the Church of Scientology reportedly tried to silence the women and not speak against the crimes. Although the Church has denied any involvement in the case, they have to come before the Court of Law in 2025 for a civil lawsuit (via The Wrap) filed by the three women who revealed that the Church tried everything to silence them from reporting Masterson and his actions.

Danny Masterson never agreed to the allegations

Even though Danny Masterson lost it all from the criminal case, he continued to deny all allegations. For the very first time in December 2017, the actor publicly admitted to US Weekly stating that the allegations made against him were outrageous. The actor was largely disappointed on being fired from The Ranch and denied everything.

“From day one, I have denied the outrageous allegations against me. Law enforcement investigated these claims more than 15 years ago and determined them to be without merit. I have never been charged with a crime, let alone convicted of one. In this country, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. However, in the current climate, it seems as if you are presumed guilty the moment you are accused.”

The actor was being called out by five women who accused him of s*xual assault. Currently, Masterson is sharing the same prison with another popular inmate rapper, Tory Lanez. Soon after the legal case, the Dracula 2000 actor’s wife filed for divorce as well and the legal custody of their daughter was given to wife Bijou Phillips.
