Dead by Daylight recently released its much-awaited new chapter which includes the beloved and iconic character Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. The game also introduced many new features and changes to the existing maps/characters.

Dead by Daylight is a beloved survival game where the rules are clear-cut yet heart-pounding. Players simply need to find and power up various generators in the area to open the exit gate and survive the relentless attack from the killers.
However, with the latest chapter update, players have found that there is a bug that affects these generators. At first, generators might seem normal and work normally by showing progress but suddenly one of the generators doesn’t count, making the exit almost impossible. In the other cases, one of the generators, counts twice, making the exit super easy.

Developers Need to Step Up and Fix the Bugs Quickly
Behaviour Interactive has admitted the various issues introduced with the latest patch and assured players that it is actively trying to bring a fix. However, for the players who find themselves in the middle of these bugs, just the promises of future patches won’t be enough.
The studio needs to immediately take action and fix the bug as it is impacting the gameplay experience of the players in almost every match. This not only throws all the player strategy away but also reduces the intense thrill and adrenaline players find after winning the match.
Bugs have become an indestructible reality of online video games, but their impact can be managed. The generator bug in Dead by Daylight is standing out because of its direct impact on crucial gameplay mechanics.
