In an interview that seemed borderline hilarious, Christian Bale revealed that he and director Taika Waititi had prepared a dance sequence for his character of Gorr the God Butcher in the 2022 MCU movie Thor: Love and Thunder.

“Taika and I wanted to do a whole dance. We had all this sort of Kate Bush stuff that we worked at.”

This was confirmed by director Taika Waititi when he said that Netflix’s Stranger Things ruined Kate Bush with their usage of the song Running Up That Hill in the series. Well, it would have been unique to see Bale dancing on Kate Bush while dressed as Gorr the God Butcher but perhaps it wasn’t meant to be. The Matt Damon and Christian Bale starrer Ford v Ferrari is available to stream on fuboTV.
