Episode 6 of Season 3 of The Mandalorian brought in a delightful array of unexpected cameos, including a special appearance by an actor who has ties to Tom Holland. It’s not uncommon for Marvel and Star Wars to share actors, and we can anticipate even more crossover as Harrison Ford, known for his iconic role as Han Solo, is set to make his debut in the upcoming MCU film, Captain America: New World Order. This episode of The Mandalorian was no exception, with a subtle cameo that might have been easily missed.

The plot of the episode revolved around Din Djarin and Bo-Katan Kryze embarking on a side mission to recruit Bos’ former allies on the planet Plazir-15. Along the way, numerous side characters made appearances, adding to the overall enjoyment of the episode. What truly stood out were the surprising cameos by Lizzo, Jack Black, and Christopher Lloyd, who not only added to the episode’s tone but also shed light on the shortcomings of the New Republic. These appearances helped viewers understand why certain planets, like Plazir-15, opted for neutrality.

Tom Holland’s Brother Did A Cameo In The Mandalorian

In the opening scenes of Episode 6 of Season 3 of The Mandalorian, a group of Mandalorians, led by Axe Woves, intercepted a Quarren ship carrying a Mon Calamari Nobleman. Surprisingly, the actor portraying the Nobleman was none other than Harry Holland, the younger brother of Tom Holland, known for his role as Spider-Man. While his appearance was brief, it was revealed that Holland’s character had departed from Mon Cala due to his romantic involvement with the Quarren Captain.

The practical makeup used in the scene obscured Holland’s face, making it difficult to recognize him without referring to the end credits. Adding to the intrigue, there was a significant age difference between Holland, who is 24 years old, and Christine Adams, known for her role in Black Lightning, who portrayed his love interest. This age difference may have influenced the dynamic between the mature Quarren Captain and the comparatively vulnerable Mon Calamari character, although it remains unclear within the context of the story.

Where Else Did Tom Holland’s Brother Harry Holland Play A Cameo?

Harry Holland, the brother of Tom Holland, had a cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home, where he played a robber who encounters Spider-Man himself. This memorable scene takes place on the streets of Queens, where Harry Holland’s character is caught and suspended upside down while Spider-Man deals with the heckling crowd blaming him for the death of Mysterio.

This particular scene, which also involves someone throwing green paint at Spider-Man, causing him to later reverse his suit, was deleted from the theatrical release but was later included in the Spider-Man: No Way Home – More Fun Stuff re-release.

In the realm of crossover appearances, The Mandalorian Season 3, Episode 6 managed to surprise viewers with a smaller yet noteworthy cameo. Harry Holland’s inclusion in both the Marvel and Star Wars universes, even if limited to cameo roles, demonstrates his commitment to expanding his acting career beyond being an extra or simply making brief appearances in his brother’s films.

While it’s unlikely that Holland’s character, the Mon Calamari Nobleman, will make a return in The Mandalorian Season 3, the door remains open for future appearances down the line. This cameo serves as another stepping stone for Harry Holland’s journey towards larger roles in the industry.
