With the end of Phase 4 of the MCU, we saw the departure of many of the old superheroes that we came to love over the decade of Marvel Studios. From the death of Iron Man to the departure of Captain America and many more, the bonds that they created with the audience would be the only remnants of their existence. But along with the end of the phase in Avengers: Endgame, we saw new warriors rise up to the task of saving the universe.
One such addition to the roster of earth’s mightiest heroes was the introduction of Carol Danvers, a.k.a Captain Marvel, whose strength reportedly even surpasses that of Thor. And now, as the timeline of the MCU further divides itself into major theatrical releases and smaller TV series, we are at the point where we will see the conjunction of these timelines in the form of the recently announced The Marvels. But even with the announcement, the fans are unhappy with how stingy Disney has become with its announcements.
Fans Are Turned Off By The Poster Of The Upcoming The Marvels
As the Marvel Cinematic Universe grows ever so much with the introduction of storylines and characters that are all working in the same universe parallel to each other, it will be a tall order to combine them together for the ultimate showdown against Kang The Conquerer. But thankfully, it seems like Marvel Studios has decided to start bringing these characters together as the release for the upcoming The Marvels has been announced. But with the reveal of the official promotional poster, it seems like Disney just doesn’t care as much as it used to.

As the promotional poster of the upcoming team-up between the baddest female superheroes that Marvel Studios has to currently offer, the fans were excited to see a similar badass reveal, which came in the form of a promotional poster.

But all the excitement that the fans had about the film came crashing down after they laid their eyes on the poster, which looks too generic to be called proper promotional material. This leads many fans to believe that Disney is just using Marvel Studios as a cash cow without trying to invest much into it.

Now, we just have to wait and hope that the actual film would be better than the poster which is promoting it.

What To Expect From The Marvels?
The upcoming film would see the ladies of the MCU assemble as a team, which will act as a sequel to Captain Marvel, WandaVision, and Ms. Marvel. The exact plot of the film still remains under wraps, but this synopsis gives us the hint that the space-faring endeavors of Danvers will land her into a sticky situation where she’ll be roping in Kamala Khan and her estranged niece Monica Rambeau. Together they would have to solve the situation at hand and learn to work together with each other.
