1. In the opening shot of the trailer, we get visuals of Doctor Strange watching the Sanctum Sanctorum which appears to be disappearing. It is likely that a deadly reality has been created.

2. Here, if you look closely you can spot some blue material that has been used on Doctor Strange’s cloak for repairing. In a concept art shared by an Instagram artist, we got a glimpse of a blue cloak.

3. We get another shot at Stephen’s broken wristwatch that could possibly symbolize how time and space are fracturing.

4. Also at the beginning of the trailer, we get a good visual of the signature jean jacket that America Chavez dons in the Marvel comics. The star on the jacket symbolizes her ability to create star-shaped portals that allow her to travel across the multiverse.

5. At one point Strange is seen performing magic that appears red in color. This is likely to be red magic which is typically associated with ‘Chaos Magic’, aka the magic Wanda uses.

6. We get our first visual of who appears to be Dr. Christine Palmer’s future husband. He’s seen standing behind her in this scene.

7. If you zoom in and see, the tips of Wanda’s fingers are turning black in this scene. This is the same thing that happened to Agatha when she tried using the Darkhold in WandaVision.

8. The door that Doctor Strange, America, and Christine are seen opening could possibly be the portal to the ‘Nexus of All Realities’ from the comics.

9. In the clip where we see Doctor Strange walking handcuffed through a building, he has actually been convicted by Ultron bots. It seems like we’ll be getting to see what would happen if the Ultron program worked out successfully.

10. Although the subtitles in the trailer say “mystery voice,” Patrick Stewart’s voice is easily recognizable here. It appears that he is reprising his role as Professor Xavier from the X-Men franchise.

11. In the comics, Doctor Strange becomes a part of a troop known as the ‘Illuminati’, which comprises Doctor Strange, Professor Xavier, Reed Richards, Iron Man, Black Bolt, and Namor. This implies that we could see several new faces under the mantle of our old favorite heroes (We still love you 3000).

12. In a clip we see Doctor Strange and America Chavez’s body getting sliced apart in some dimension. It appears the evil version of Strange is trying to come out from the good one as we previously saw in What If…? Episode 4.

13. A clip from the trailer shows someone fighting Wanda too.  Several theories suggest that it could be Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel, but it could also be an alternate version of Maria Rambeau who got powers instead of Carol.

14. We get visuals of Doctor Strange and America Chavez fighting the Shuma-Gorath, the creature we saw in What If…? Episode 4 . Shuma-Gorath is a one-eyed, multiversal monster who has had several clashes with Doctor Strange in the comics.

15. Wanda is seen going back to the home she had created in Westview in WandaVision. She comes face-to-face with an alternate version of her own self. The living room here, however, appears to be a mixture of the living room from WandaVision Episode 6 and Episode 9.

16. The alternate version of Wanda is seen touching real Wanda’s face. This was usually what Wanda and Vision did to each other to show affection and calm each other down.

17. The final clippings of the trailer give us visuals of Doctor Strange who looks like a zombie. He has multiple arms just the way Strange had while fighting Thanos in Infinity War.

18. If you zoom in on the poster that was dropped after the trailer’s release, you can spot a glass shard that has a reflection of Captain Carter’s shield. Several rumors of Hayley Atwell making her first live-action appearance as Captain Carter have been doing the rounds.
