Chris Hemsworth Might Have to Surrender to Benedict Cumberbatch’s Comedy
Well, following Benedict Cumberbatch’s iconic comedy speech at Letters Live 2019, it seems the actor can easily outshine his MCU co-star Chris Hemsworth, who is often known for his comedy films and real-life humor. Considering the Aussie actor’s envious filmography, Hemsworth initially rose to popularity as a comedy star, ahead of his appearance in Marvel’s Thor movies.
To be fair, even after starring in the Thor films, Chris Hemsworth continued his occasional comic delivery in the films, which later became an integral part of Thor: Ragnarok and Thor: Love and Thunder’s storyline. But prior to his standalone MCU movies, Hemsworth appeared in an awkward mix of drama and slapstick comedy, as per Mashable.
Although his appearances in drama movies weren’t that bad, Chris Hemsworth notably found his specialty and standout roles through his occasional dive into comedy.
