From the fiery golden glow to the calm blue aura, Dragon Ball‘s Super Saiyan transformations are a sight to behold. It becomes more special when it comes to Goku. Before he even knew the concept of a Super Saiyan, he learned Kaio-ken from King Kai in the Other World.
He was first seen using it during the Saiyan arc where he uses it to disable Nappa. While leveraging the technique, Goku’s aura turns crimson. It is the same when he is using it while in a Super Saiyan state. But when used during a Super Saiyan Blue state, that becomes something beautiful.
No Media Adaptation of Dragon Ball Has Done It Better
It’s not simply the environments that Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero captures beautifully; the game does that basically with everything that’s present in there. We can see how Spike Chunsoft has developed the aura of fighters. And this one is magical.
A clip shared over the social media network X (formerly Twitter) has everyone amazed. Super Saiyan Blue Goku is up against Scouter Vegeta in the game where he charges up his Ki while also using Kaio-ken. What appears on the screen is simply beautiful.
i know some people don’t like how auras look in Sparking! ZERO but i think they look great.

ESPECIALLY this one 😮💨 they nailed it 🤩 pic.twitter.com/51o9DEmskG
What’s more beautiful is the fact that the ones who aren’t even fans of the technique are loving the eye-catching blue and red aura emitting from him.
I’m not even a SSB Kaioken fan but this is the best aura in the game by far

Fans couldn’t believe that there are a few who find the auras in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero bad.
Some people don't like how auras look? That's crazy…they are absolutely mind-blowing! 😳

Well, not everyone is really a fan, it seems. But then again, even the best games have had their share of criticism.
Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken Isn’t All Sunshine and Roses
![Sparking Zero brings various auras for Goku.](https://fwmedia.fandomwire.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/21134448/ssb-1-1024x563.png)
But it’s not all roses. Dragon Ball fans are well aware of the fact that using Kaio-ken puts a lot of strain on the body. And Goku takes it to some extreme level while in Super Saiyan Blue state.
Goku feels it after several days of using it as he develops Delayed Onset Ki Disorder. This causes a significant decline in Ki control for a user. More so, it also affected Goku’s ability to use his Instant Transmission technique.
After he used Kaio-ken in the Super Saiyan Blue state against Hit, it certainly gave him the upper hand against the legendary Universe 6 assassin. However, his body later suffered some serious convulsions. We may see something similar in the Bandai Namco game too.
Are you among the ones charmed by that beautiful aura? We would like to know your thoughts in the comments section below.
