Working on Hercules, at that time, Dwayne Johnson had to abandon the Transformers project. The role later went to Mark Wahlberg who played Cade Yeager. Thus, currently with the ongoing news of a crossover, it seems Johnson might finally have the opportunity to appear in the franchise that he turned down years ago.
