Recently, the actor along with his ex-wife Dany Garcia, came out with a joint statement where they addressed these allegations.

Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia Involved in Kidnapping Lawsuit?
In October 2022, Trenesha ’Rhaka Khan’ Biggers, a former WWE wrestler, sued Dwayne Johnson, alongside many other big celebrities like NBA player, Michael Jordan as well as major corporations like Bank of America and several universities, in a lawsuit of $3 billion. The was for an alleged attempt to kidnap her and her entire family in 2008. This lawsuit became public knowledge in early 2023 after rumors started to circulate through social media.
Biggers claims, in her lawsuit filing, that Johnson along with his ex-wife Dany Garcia, as well as the others mentioned beforehand, were all collectively responsible for kidnapping her and her children from Tampa, Florida, taking them to Miami, where they were held against their will. She also stated that there, she was abused and received threats from Johnson among others if she refused to comply with what they were asking from her.

After this hit the news, many were confused as to what was happening. Recent news may help clarify this. Dwayne Johnson, along with Dany Garcia, collectively released a statement, through the former wrestler’s attorney team, where they addressed the matter, as well as their standing and whether or not, they were involved in what is being alleged.
According to the statement, Johnson and Garcia “categorically deny any involvement in the alleged incident” and “look forward to clearing their names in court.”
The statement stated, according to Disney Dining, that both Johnson and Garcia are on the same page about what happened, or what didn’t happen. It mentioned that they are both denying any involvement in this alleged incident, trying to exit this narrative. They also added that they look forward to clearing out the names in court and putting this behind them.
