The Pirates of the Caribbean franchise has a huge contribution to the career of Johnny Depp. The role skyrocketed his fame to a whole different level and made him a fan favorite in no time. But after a prolonged journey of 5 movies, the legal drama he got involved in cost him several franchises including the currently discussed one.
