Mortal Kombat 1‘s reception wasn’t all doom and gloom. The game appreciated some aspects of the game. For example, there were some fantastic player-specific, contextual, lore-accurate fatalities for characters like Homelander from The Boys, a guest fighter on the roster.

However, when one browses the series subreddit to check how fans feel about the game, fans seem to have some serious complaints about Mortal Kombat 1 and how NetherRealm Studios:
