Coming back to the present, a user on Elden Ring’s Reddit forum has revealed that after having more than 1200 hours of gameplay, they are just figuring out that the game allows for the storage of already crafted pots, giving back empty ones instead to be used for another recipe.

What makes knowing this information better is how the recent Shadow of the Erdtree DLC for the game brings with it new types of pots and unique status effects to afflict on the enemies, with the recipes for the same being shared in an abundance of cookbooks Hidetaka Miyazaki has scattered across the Realm of Shadow for some reason.

While there remains no doubt that Hidetaka Miyazaki’s latest IP is in a league of its own, as proven by the recent release of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, the game still has a few underlying issues no player has ever dared to talk about, not until recently.

The director of the early God of War games, David Jaffe, pointed out in one of his live-streams last month how FromSoftware misses out when it comes to communication of the game with the players, often landing the gamers into trouble with a boss because they have no idea which particular item to make use of and where to find it.
