When it comes to gaming, it is hard to decide who is the biggest fan of a certain franchise, but for Elden Ring, it is clear that Elon Musk is high on the list. Back when the game was first released, gamers all over the world rushed to Elden Ring to experience the Lands Between and the monstrosities that lived within them.
Back when the game was released nearly two years ago, Elon Musk took to Twitter to sing Elden Ring’s praises, as he described it as the most beautiful art he has ever experienced, and he isn’t the only one who thought this, as thousands of players joined in with the discussion.
Why Was Elon Musk So Excited About Elden Ring?
Over the past two years, players from around the world have been able to log into Elden Ring and experience the beautiful and scary world that millions of players before them have explored and vanquished.
Elon Musk was one of those millions of players who played throughout the entire game and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and story that challenged players to push through their adversities to become the victors of their challenges.
During his time within Elden Ring, Elon Musk began to appreciate the finer things in the game, as he described the game as a beautiful work of art, and he isn’t the only one to describe the game as such, as gamers around the world have talked about how amazing Elden Ring and its world and characters are, and that they are so well thought out and work together well.
Even though the past games in the Souls-like franchise are no slouches, Elden Ring is a whole new kettle of fish, as it changes from a rather linear path to a completely open world that allows the player to explore and kill whomever and whatever they want, which causes it to be a masterpiece in its own right as it allows the player to choose how their story is told.
Why Did Gamers Join in With the Excitement?
Whether you have only just bought Elden Ring or have played it since day one, gamers around the world are still, to this day, sharing their love for it. Even though there have been other Souls-like games over the past two years, they could never hold a candle to Elden Ring.
To this day, players are still sharing unique builds, playthroughs, battle tactics, and theories regarding the planned DLC that should be coming sometime this year. It is evident that what Elon Musk has described as a piece of art is actually rather accurate, as gamers are still appreciating it to this day.
Since Elden Ring was a fresh take on the Souls-like experience, it was a major risk for FromSoftware, which clearly paid off, as plenty of famous figures have also logged on over the years to play through the game, whether they were gamers before or not, which is another amazing thing about this game as it allows players who aren’t used to this style of gaming to experience the fun new method of gaming.
So far, we do not know whether or not Elon Musk has continued to play through Elden Ring on multiple playthroughs or if he has finished the game and decided that was enough. But for those who are still willing to push through the difficulty and are eagerly awaiting the Erdtree DLC, we can only say good job and keep up the good work.
