Tom Hanks Became A Fan Of Emma Watson After Starring Together In The Circle
The amazingly talented actress Emma Watson and the legendary actor Tom Hanks came together for the dramatic thriller, The Circle. As exciting as it was for fans to see two of the most talented actors star together, it was equally exciting for Watson and Hanks. While Emma Watson was in awe to be working alongside Tom Hanks, Hanks became equally, if not more impressed, with his co-star. In an interview back in 2017, he said,
“Emma is phenomenally untouched and grounded in ways and she’s also crazy, facile when it comes down to the architecture of making movies.”
The Forest Gump star also praised his co-star’s talent and ability to act and understand complicated filmmaking.
“I mean she did all those Harry Potter movies so she understands very complicated filmmaking. She also knows that none of that really matters unless you are going to be able to inhabit the moment and her ability to inhabit the moment is pretty profound.”
The Oscar winner was truly blown away by her work ethic and personality. On the other hand, his young co-star was initially doubtful if Hanks would be as nice a person as people said he was.
Emma Watson Did Not Expect Tom Hanks To Be As Nice As They Say
Tom Hanks is known as one of the most generous and polite actors, despite his soaring fame and status. Hanks has been the center of many rumors, the majority of which are regarding his nice and genuine personality. So when Emma Watson got to know she would be working with the star, she wasn’t expecting him to live up to his reputation.
“There’s no way he’s going to be as nice as everyone says he is and whatever else. And then he was! He’s so generous and funny and easy-going and he’s all the things you would want him to be. So I’m very happy to be able to report that to you sincerely because it would have broken my heart, I think, if Tom wasn’t Tom.”
However, the Beauty and the Beast star was more than delighted to know that Tom Hanks was every bit of nice and genuine and down-to-earth as they say he is.
