How Ryan Gosling Stays Fit Despite Emma Stone’s Revelation Of His Favorite Candy

In a video interview with Vanity Fair, Cruella star Emma Stone revealed something that people do not usually know about her La La Land co-star:

Ryan can eat more Twizzlers than anyone you’ve ever met. Yeah, the traditional, like, the Twizzler, and he would keep it in his coat pocket, and just, you know, hand out Twizzlers and eat Twizzlers himself. That was his move on La La Land.”

With Ryan Gosling’s obsession with Twizzlers, a strawberry-flavored chewy snack that contains 120 calories and 16 grams of sugar for three pieces, it would definitely give him weight gain that is impossible to lose, not to mention achieve six-packed abs, unless he rigorously train at the gym.

When gearing up for movie roles, the actor makes sure he practices a balanced diet that consists of fish, vegetables, whole grains, natural foods, and proteins. In his preparation for the much-anticipated role as Ken in Greta Gerwig’s Barbie, Gosling maintained this diet, though he did not starve his cravings for Twizzlers. With that in mind, there is another thing that keeps him in tip-top shape.

For his workout regimen, Gosling’s exact training is undisclosed, but the actor keeps a very active lifestyle and combines several fitness routines into his daily life. It includes Muay Thai, ballet, gymnastics, squats, pull-ups, Pilates, and core-based workouts.
