While Moriarty never confirmed or denied having gone under the knife, plastic surgeon Anthony Yeon was of the opinion that the star had not undergone any major surgery despite pictures indicating otherwise.
But the latest images of the Driven star are more proof that plastic surgery has triumphed over natural beauty. Popular American journalist Megyn Kelly analyzed Moriarty’s most recent photos that show an even more radical transformation than her change in The Boys. In a discussion on The Megyn Kelly Show, the host was harshly critical of the manner in which the Annie January actor became victim to the evils of the procedure, thereby losing her perfectly good looks.
“She’s got the Kim Kardashian lips, shes made her nose so skinny it looks like a pencil, now shes got what appears to be cheek implants.”
Kelly echoed the sentiments of fans when she discussed how naturally beautiful stars like Moriarty who fall prey to such pressures, will have a dangerous impact on young women who look up to celebrities as role models.
Erin Moriarty On The Expectations From The Boys Season 4
Controversies surrounding her appearance aside, Erin Moriarty’s role in The Boys season 4 is still being highly anticipated by fans. The actor who excelled as Annie January aka Starlight in the bold and pathbreaking Amazon series, revealed that she was equally eager to see her character evolve and develop through the season. While Moriarty was careful not to give out any spoilers, she hinted at what fans can expect from Starlight and the other characters in season 4 which wiill release in 2024. In an interview with Collider, she stated,
“Every season, we go a little bit deeper with each character. The characters that you thought would be villains, you start to learn a little bit more about them that perhaps makes you feel, not that they’re good guys, but that there are always gonna be details that you can never anticipate, that prevent you from putting that character in a box.”
While the official streaming date of The Boys season 4 is yet to be announced, fans of the show will be eager to see Erin Moriarty, Antony Starr, and Karl Urban have a blast together on screen again.
