Erin Moriarty is famous for her role as Starlight in The Boys, though she also had appearances in Marvel’s Jessica Jones and True Detective. The actress is quite known for her charming and youthful look, which perfectly suited her role in the Prime Video series, but fans noticed that she looked remarkably different in the show’s Season 4 trailer.
Rumors have been circulating that Moriarty had a nose job as well as chest augmentation. Some pictures exhibiting her new look have spread online, and the changes were quite distinguishable.
Erin Moriarty Looked Unrecognizable After Allegations Of Plastic Surgery
In a viral Twitter post, fans see the before and after photos of Erin Moriarty looking very different. Many speculated that it could be weight loss or the natural progression of age as she looked different when she was 21 as compared to her age today. Check out the tweet below:
Women need to stop plastic surgery until we figure out what’s wrong. Why would you ruin your face like this?
This is Erin Moriarty from The Boys…she was already very pretty. pic.twitter.com/75MH5gSdSP

It is quite tough to say if she really went under the knife because the actress never confirmed nor denied these allegations. Like the user above said, she was indeed pretty so there must be no need for any kind of plastic surgery. A lot of Hollywood celebrities undergo such drastic operations only to regret it in the end.
Looking at Moriarty’s photos, she seemed to have had numerous procedures done to her face, such as rhinoplasty, botox, fillers to her cheeks and lips, and facelift. Fans could not help but lament the end result of the actress’ appearance after the alleged cosmetic surgery. Some called it a tragic event, while others claimed she used to be a natural beauty.
Erin Moriarty Faced Another Controversy In The Past
This is not the first time Erin Moriarty has become the center of attention for the wrong reasons. Back in 2022, she responded to fans who said misogynistic comments about her and her character in The Boys. She said in a now-deleted Instagram post:
“I’ve opened up a vein for this role, and the misogynistic trolling is exactly what this role (Annie) would speak out against. I do feel silenced. I do feel dehumanized. I do feel paralyzed. I’ve put blood, sweat, and tears into this role (over & over & over again).”
Still, she would not give in to the trolls and continue to practice empathy and compassion towards fans who choose to belittle her accomplishments.
“I’ve grown UP in this character’s shoes (*emphasis on grown-up – we change & evolve mentally AND physically)… This has only strengthened my empathy muscle and to anyone who comes at me: I see you, I don’t hate you, I only empathize and forgive.”
This is now a similar scenario happening again to Moriarty after she became the subject of speculation on the Internet regarding her possible surgery. While it is her choice what to do with her face and body, many fans were also concerned about her health.
