Given the history and the stereotypical concepts of MCU, everybody expected to see a lot more of the planet than before. Just like the past film history of this franchise this time they have again released a post-credit sequence to give us a lot more information about the coming prospect of MCU. Two of the post-credit scenes have major implications for where the Eternals and the popular franchise as a whole go together. So without any further ado, let’s dig into the details of 4 new characters that were introduced in Eternals post-credits.

Spoilers ahead!

Starfox is the brother of Thanos-a villain in prior MCU movies. And to add more spice into it, Eternals post-credit scenes have introduced Harry Styles as Starfox. Even though fans had some hint already, it was indeed an entirely different and exciting experience to see him entering MCU as one of the major characters. Starfox has a relatively different attitude from the Mad Titan. We might see him being more sensitive towards life after facing the death of his own mother. Also, the fans are yet to see if Starfox is well aware of the events of Avengers: Endgame.

In the post-credits scene (Eternals), we finally got to see that the box was opened and the sword uncovered. The metals gradually moved and trickle on their own. However, the blade sent a message that read, “Death Is His Reward”. This imprinted text meant that Dane Whitman will need to pay a price for the poser he gained by taking up the sword. Dane sure had quite a crucial history with the Marvel world and thus it seems like the legacy will go on here as well.

Pip The Troll appeared right after Starfox through the gate with Druig, Thena, and Makkari. Latin Oswalt had given voice to the character. However, Pip The Troll is completely a CGI creation and his arrival in the MCU has been pending for a long time. Pip eventually turned into a troll overnight for drinking too much.  He initially appeared as a small goblin and served as a member of the Infinity Watch.

Lastly, we have Blade who is yet another addition to this group. Although there was just a slight indication of him while Dane Whitman revealed the Ebony Blade. The mild voice off-screen that asked Dane if he was ready belongs to Blade.
