Jennifer Aniston ended her second marriage, to Justin Theroux, in 2017. Since then plenty of tabloid stories have been written about the Rumor Has It star’s next potential man. However, none of the suggestions have so far managed to stick to the wall due to the lack of any concrete update from the 54-year-old.
During this period, she hasn’t shied away from putting herself out there. In 2022, the actress, who was married to Brad Pitt before tying the knot with Theroux, told Allure she’s open to embarking on a new relationship. It’s 2024 (in case you missed it!) and the search for Mr. Right is still on. So far, the pursuit has been nothing short of a nightmare for Aniston.
“Jen’s had six years of being single and says it’s been pure hell,” a source revealed to Life & Style. “She says she wouldn’t wish what she’s gone through on her worst enemy.”
As per the source, Aniston once went on a date with a handsome studio executive. Mid-way through the supposed special night, he pulled out a screenplay for a slasher-horror-film-meets-rom-com he was working on. He wanted to be in it, opposite the FRIENDS star. Needless to say, the idea left her feeling flabbergasted.

What Jennifer Aniston Is Looking For in a Man
Despite such experiences, she remains open to meeting new people, albeit in a mall instead of a dinner date. It’s claimed that she likes it because it’s clean, safe, and she can go shopping if her date turns out to be a loser.
Chemistry and humor remain at the top of her relationship checklist and fitness is also important. At the same time, she’s willing to go out of her comfort zone as well.
“… a blue-collar-type guy with a career and a dad bod is not out of the question. Neither is someone who’s up to 10 years younger,” the source added.
Aniston is hoping her dating luck changes in 2024. There’s no doubt, the FRIENDS fans are also hoping the same and can’t wait for their Rachel to find her Ross.
