The 37-year-old actress publicly criticized the filmmaker, and her remarks cost her a major project. Steven Spielberg who was the producer of the movie sacked her after she made a frontal attack on her director.

Megan Fox called director Michael Bay Hitler

Director Michael Bay directed the 5 installments of the Transformers series. The 58-year-old director was the mastermind behind the hit film series from 2007 to 2017. Megan Fox was a part of the Transformers series since the first installment was released on 4 August 2007. Fox played the role of Mikaela Banes. Again in 2009, the 37-year-old actress was seen playing a significant role in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen which was the second installment of the Transformer series. 

As fans loved to see Fox as Mikaela, many were expecting her return in 2011 in the third Transformers series. But, unfortunately, Bay was instructed not to let the Till Death actress come back for the movie Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Steven Spielberg who was the executive producer of the Transformers series asked the director to fire Foxx because she commented on Bay. Reportedly the Jennifer’s Body actress said her Transformers director Bay was like Hitler.

Megan Fox was replaced by Rosie Huntingdon-Whitley in the Transformers

Reportedly, the famous filmmaker wasn’t happy with Fox’s statement about Bay. Being the executive producer of the film series he directed the Ambulance director to sack the 37-year-old actress. He reportedly said, “Fire her right now.” During an interview, Fox was asked about her Transformers director Bay and while responding to this question, Foxx said,

“Bay wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he’s a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he’s not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he’s so awkward, so hopelessly awkward.”

She further added, 

“He has no social skills at all. And it’s endearing to watch him. He’s vulnerable and fragile in real life and then on set he’s a tyrant.”

Right after Fox was sacked by the makers of the movie Transformers, she was replaced by Rosie Huntingdon-Whitley, who portrayed the role of Carly in the series. As per reports when Bay was asked about if he was hurt when by Fox’s comments, he said he wasn’t hurt by the Hitler comment.
