EA Sports FC 25 is around the corner. This highly anticipated football simulation will be launching on September 24, 2024, on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X. Like its previous edition, this time as well, the main hype is centered around the cover of the Ultimate Edition of the game.
And the long wait is finally over as the cover of the Ultimate Edition of FC 25 is finally revealed. However, fans have their own concerns regarding an important feature of the game, which we have been missing in previous titles.
EA Announces the Cover of the EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Edition
EA Sports FC has recently announced the Ultimate Edition cover of the highly anticipated title from its official Twitter handle. The caption of the tweet depicts the whole cover: “Defined by silverware delivered for the club.” That means we are going to see some of the legends of some huge football clubs, surrounded by their accolades and achievements, on the cover of the game.
Defined by silverware delivered for the club.

The main attraction of the cover has to be Jude Bellingham, the 21-year-old footballing sensation from England. Despite losing the UEFA Euro 2024 final to Spain, this upcoming star is already in contention to win the Balon d’Or this year with over 40 g+a this season, winning the La Liga and UEFA Champions League.
This Real Madrid showstopper is surrounded by some of the brightest stars in the football galaxy. First up is Aitana Bonmati from FC Barcelona Femini, who is the current female Ballon d’Or holder and has won all the accolades at the highest level in the past season.
Joining her are two of the greatest playmakers of all time, Zinedine Zidane from Real Madrid and David Beckham from Manchester United. Last but not least, the cover art is decorated by one of the best goalkeepers the football world has ever seen, Gianluigi Buffon, who has arrived as the new icon in the Ultimate Team.
The story doesn’t end there. All of these footballing stalwarts are surrounded by their accolades and achievements. For example, we can see the UCL trophy for Bellingham, the Premier League trophy for Beckham, and many more.
EA Sports FC Fans Want Only One Thing
Fans have liked the cover of the highly anticipated game so much. However, one thing that is concerning the fans is a feature that the games of this franchise have been missing for so long.
In EA FC or previous FIFA titles, once an opponent of yours leaves a match, the match will then be taken under review and eventually marked unfinished, despite the match’s context.
If you are in a winning position as well and your opponent disconnects the match, you will still lose all the probable rewards you were about to get. However, this is not the only game that is facing this issue.
Cold cover.
First feature request is that we get the win when the opponent leaves the game thanks 👍

That’s why this fan wants EA to give the win to the players if they face leavers in the middle of the match.
He is not the only one to have this request.
For realll

Another fan thinks this highly-wanted feature will stop the trend of players living the match when they are in a difficult situation.
Give the people what they want. If your opponent quits it should be auto win regardless of score. This will mean people will be less likely to just quit out and when you tie it in the 90th just for them to quit you didn’t completely waste your time. Please @EASPORTSFC 🙏

This fan, too, has been waiting for this feature for a long time.
