The Flash New Trailer Receives an Immense Response

DC Studios’ co-CEO has debunked all the rumors about The Flash, with its new trailer. The trailer gives clear look at the story of the film as Ezra Miller travels through the multiverse in an attempt to save his mother.

It was released during Super Bowl LVII and confirmed Michale Keaton and Ben Affleck’s return as Batman in the upcoming film. The trailer gives a look at Barry Allen, aka The Flash, his alternate self, Supergirl, and Batmen. While the film is already considered to have a major role in setting up the new DCU, it is also considered a fantastic film on its own.

Ezra Miller shines as the Scarlet Speedster in the trailer of the film. Although they have been involved with legal issues over the past year, fans only have good things to say for the Justice League star after seeing them back as The Flash in the trailer.

They made their DC debut with a cameo in Dawn of Justice. And followed by another cameo in the 2016 Suicide Squad, they officially joined the cast of Justice League. The trailer is receiving a massive response from the audience. And it has given high hopes for their future in James Gunn’s new DCU.

Ezra Miller Could Reportedly Continue to Portray The Flash

Ezra Miller became the subject of several controversies last year. Their numerous arrests and unsettling off-screen behavior not only caused issues for them but also for DC Studios’ film The Flash. The studio even reportedly considered canceling the film due to the controversies surrounding its lead star.

However, as the Trainwreck actor agreed to get professional help, the studio continued working on the film. The release date of the film was shifted from November 2022 to June 2023. Although there are many who are not willing to support the film due to Miller’s legal issues, many also said that they will see the film, despite the actor’s past controversies.

The film’s reviews and its performance could also be helpful to consider their fate in the new DCU. James Gunn has also said that he is not planning to reboot the whole DC universe and the ongoing projects will continue under DC Elseworlds. The co-CEOs have also said that Ezra Miller is making progress in their recovery and they would also love to work with them in the future.

The Flash is set to release on 16 June 2023.
