The original game’s creator, Paul Cuisset, has returned to design and develop Flashback 2. Previously he had also helmed the 1995 sequel titled Fade to Black, although how or if the new sequel will connect to that game is still unknown. Other key creators have returned for this sequel, including Thierry Perreau and Composer Raphaël Gesqua, the musician who composed the soundtrack for the original Amiga version of Flashback. As such, this team aims to create a sequel faithful to the original game’s experience.
