Raw scans of Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 249 revealed Yuta Okkotsu has finally killed Kenjaku. After his death, all the Cursed Spirits were released and absorbed by Rika Orimoto’s Cursed Spirit. This little panel was enough to raise the question about Suguru Geto’s return. Suguru Geto was the best friend of Satoru Gojo until he tried to steal Rika Orimoto’s Cursed Spirit and was heavily injured by Yuta.

Satoru Gojo then killed him, and soon after, Kenjaku took over his body. But during the Shibuya Incident arc, Geto’s body reacted to Gojo’s comment and tried to strangle him. It paved the way for the fan theory. Even though Yuta beheaded Kenjaku, Suguru could easily use the Reversed Cursed Technique to come back to normal.
The fan theory claims Yuta is fleeing the scene of the battle, and everyone expects Kenjaku to be dead. Amidst the controversy, Suguru Geto will wake up in his body. The fan theory has the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom excited more than Satoru Gojo’s return. Suguru Geto was always in support of Jujutsu society, so he could prove to be a strong ally against Ryomen Sukuna.

Jujutsu Kaisen is in its last few months. Gege Akutami has confirmed they will be trying to end it before 2025. So, fans are hoping to see something big happen before it ends. The theory of Suguru Geto’s revival is one of the positive fan theories. But until an official confirmation, nothing can be said for sure.
