However, there is a certain wave of disappointment from fans that this game is losing its flavor day by day as the game doesn’t feel like the old days. That’s why this Epic Games title has decided to follow in the footsteps of Call of Duty to bring back an aspect from the good ‘ol days.

Recently, Epic Games dropped a bombshell out of nowhere through their X account as they announced Fortnite Reload. This is going to be a completely brand-new mode, which will bring back the OG Chapter 1 locations on a more compact map. The company has shared a teaser of the game mode along with an announcement, featuring beloved Chapter 1 maps like Tilted Towers and Retail Row.

The Reload mode will feature its own smaller map with the aspects of the additional three maps along with the previously said two; those three are: Pleasant Park, Lil’ Loot Lake, and Sandy Sheets. So, now it is fun for both the OG and eSports players as well.

According to certain leaks, Fortnite Reload is Squads game mode, where all the players will consistently respawn as long as one of their teammates is alive. So, the match will be finished when one team eliminates all the members of the rest of the team before one player from each team has time to respawn.

This mode will be available in the game once the next update is live, i.e., after three to four hours of the end downtime for v30.20, which starts at 1 AM ET.

Fans Are Going Gaga Over Fortnite Reload

Call of Duty is another title that is also on the brink of returning a fan-favorite title of the franchise, Verdansk. However, there is no official confirmation yet, but the rumors are getting stronger day by day. So, we can expect the map to return to Warzone with the launch of Black Ops 6 in 2024.

With this mode coming up, everyone thought it was to be the Fortnite OG resurfacing once again. This was a mode that landed between Chapter 4 and Chapter 5, with a completely different season, the Season OG, with its own Battle Pass and exclusive skins. However, this is not the OG; this is Reload, a completely separate mode, about which fans are highly hopeful.
