Epic Games announced the start date of the event today, which Jack Sparrow fans have been eagerly awaiting. However, it seems that this announced date is too far away for some people, and they’re not sure if they can wait that long.
Fortnite’s Pirates of the Caribbean Event Starts July 19th, but That Date Is Far Away for Fans
Epic Games officially confirmed that the Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean event will go live on July 19. This means that all the collaboration content, such as outfits and Cursed Sails Passes, will be available on the announced date.
Many players purchased the Cursed Sails Pass ahead of its release on July 19. Epic had to tell players that they will currently be unable to progress the Pass until the start of the event, but can have the Jack Sparrow outfit.
However, for some, this date is quite far away, and it’s really difficult for them to wait another month. Although many fans expressed their complaints to Epic Games about the event’s broadcast date on social media, they haven’t received any response, at least for now. This leaves them with no other option but to wait.
